Scott Alexander Young - Proof 150x191

Scott, Acting Coach and Film Studies

Despite only returning to acting in his 40s, Scott is now a busy character actor, represented worldwide by acting agency Boland & Reeve. For example, he acted in 7 films and TV shows in 2017, playing a wide range of characters: from Russian secret service in Red Sparrow to the grubbiest cook in the Royal Navy in The Terror. Scott also had a principal cast role as Hal B. Wallis, the Hollywood producer in Curtiz, the forthcoming movie set behind the scenes of Casablanca, the 1942 classic. As a teacher, Scott knows the importance of good mentors. After all, it was the wrong kind of start that kept him out of the business until he was a mature man. He definitely tailors his private lessons to the needs of individual students, with the emphasis always on encouraging and nurturing talent.
