DramaWorks Film Factory Take 2 course is for budding actors and young filmmakers.

If your young tween loves movies and creating, then these classes are designed to spark their imagination!

Through fun games and exercises we teach acting skills specific for film. Students learn to portray truthful characters and give natural performances on screen. We explore a variety of film scripts and learn basic camera techniques.

Through devising and improvisation tasks they create short scenes and movies. We learn to tell stories through pictures and travel wherever our imaginations take us!

In the second semester we explore further the technical aspects of film making. From developing a story board through to on-camera technique and shooting their movie! We learn that creating film is teamwork! By working hands on with the camera students learn about sound, directing and basic camera skills. There is a lot to learn both in front and behind the camera!

Led by industry professionals and cinematographers. Through hands on filmmaking, we go from script to screen, from story boarding to shooting! We invite family and friends to watch our premier! After a lot of fun and hard work it’s time to pop the popcorn and hit the red carpet!
